Shipping & Returns



When will my order be shipped?

When you place an order on our website our shipping department gets a notice and your order is added into our shipping queue. We try to ship out all orders the same day or next day but please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be fully processed and shipped.
Once your package has been shipped we no longer have control over how quickly we get your e-juice to you. USPS is responsible for the tracking, transit, and delivery of your package. The information available to us, is the same information that is available to our customers.

We do observe federal holidays so expect a small delay when ordered around a holiday.

MILITARY CUSTOMERS: APO and FPO shipments are handled the same way as domestic shipments. DO NOT enter the country where you are stationed (for example: Afghanistan) into your shipping address. This will cause a major malfunction in your shipment, and your package will be returned to us to be re-addressed and re-shipped resulting in a huge delivery delay. Make sure you enter APO or FPO as your city, AA or AE as your state, and United States as your country.

RETURNS
All eJuice Is not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are considered a consumable product and do not carry a warranty. 
All sales are final.  We work hard to provide an excellent Juice experience, and believe that taste is subjective, though flavor is not.  We will never sell a product that does not meet our standards for flavor.
